The day we found Sutton Homes we knew we had found the answer to our prayers. And while the worry about our Mother never goes away, our worry has vanished concerning the quality and consistency of her care, the comfort of her environment, and the respect and dignity of her treatment. With almost daily visits, we have learned each resident has unique needs and the training and compassion of the staff provides the flexibility to do what is best for that resident. There is not a “one size fits all” solution but an individualized response for each one. And while the loss of memory has the same ultimate result, we are grateful and blessed to have Sutton Homes as our partner and friend in this journey.
Mary and Cynthia, Daughters of Marguerite
Our Mom, June, has been a resident at theTivoli home for nearly 3 years now and we have been blessed to have her so well taken care of for that entire time. She is 89 years old and doing well for her age but needs constant care and help with all things. Sutton Homes staff have treated her with nothing but the best of care while she has been there and we know that she is well treated, helped with all her meals, clean, happy and in great hands each day. The caregivers treat her like their Mom and what more can you say. Each resident is well looked after individually and always treated and taken care of. The staff and caregivers understand the needs of those with dementia and memory loss conditions and are well trained to make sure that each person has what they need to be happy and comfortable. The staff is always available to handle any question or need that we have and the superior caregivers do so much each day for our Mom and the other ladies who are there with her. We thank the Lord each day that she is in the best place possible that she could be and as a family, there is no other place that we would recommend other than Sutton Homes.

“Sutton Homes was a godsend for my mother after my father died. With many of her friends gone and most of her children living elsewhere, Mother found comfort and companionship among the other Sutton Homes residents as well as from a staff of loving caregivers. Without Sutton Homes, my siblings and I would not have had the peace of mind of knowing that Mother was in the best possible place.” – Kathryn Grammer

“There simply are no words that adequately express our complete and utter gratitude for your home, its ideals, and the incredible staff and caregivers. After researching every top-notch assisted living facility, Sutton Homes was by far the most loving, giving and normal abode for Julia. We are forever in your debt for allowing her to stay in such wonderful company and amidst your marvelous surroundings.” Dr. & Mrs. Stephen Butler, Son & Daughter-in-Law, Orlando
“On this Mother’s Day, my first without my own, I find that some of my fondest memories of her are at Sutton Homes . . . in the living room, the yard, in pictures of both. From my first visit and meeting with your staff, I thought, “this is a place she could be happy.” And she was. You gave us help, strength and understanding, and helped Mom be happy in her last days. How wonderful!” Joseph Newland, Son, Pennsylvania
“Thank you for all you did to make my Mom’s life comfortable and to feel loved during her time at Sutton Homes. Your staff gave wonderful care. I cannot thank them enough. It meant so much to me and my family.” Jan Fraas, Daughter, Orlando

“Having seen other facilities during the 40 years of my medical life I can honestly say that you offer the absolute best in the form of tender loving care to the people who need it the most. I know that for myself and my family, we all slept better knowing that Dot was constantly nurtured by a special kind of people—caregivers.” Dr. Donald Davis, Husband, Orlando
“I want to thank you and the Sutton Homes staff for the wonderful, loving care that my wife, Sabine received during her four year stay. She benefited greatly and I know she was always in good hands.” David Mattson, Husband, Orlando
“When it became clear that my wife’s mother was going to need a more constant and safe care giving environment due to Alzheimer’s we sought the counsel of the folks at Sutton Homes. It was the perfect solution for our family. As a Pastor I have worked with many families facing critical needs due to memory loss issues of a loved one, and i have worked with many care giving organizations. Sutton Homes is number one both for our family and in my referral of others with similar needs.” Reverend Bryan G. Fulwilder, Senior Minister, First Congregational Church of Winter Park
“I want you and your team to know how much I appreciate the loving, conscientious care you have provided for my mother, Mary.
